Telephone Solicitors

Telephone solicitors have been calling me for more than two weeks now. It's the same people saying I've won $1000 online shopping spree. I've ask various questions and wound up hanging up on them each time. It doesn't help when the caller doesn't hold English on the tip of his native tongue.
I've asked how I was selected. At random he says. Then he asks if I have a bank account. Blah! At this point, it's so frustrating, I don't care if I'm giving up a legitimate prize. It's not worth the hassle.
...On the other hand, if this is a legitimate company and they'd like to hire a native English speaker, I do need a job and I've done the work before... (insert evil snicker)
