A Good Investment?

Daddy-O and I took a walk yesterday morning. There is at least one house or housing unit for sale on every block and that's not an exaggeration. I spoken before of wanting to flip a house, but not right now. Daddy-O has some relation that own housing units and have tenants. We've picked their brains and decided that being landlords more trouble than it's worth.
It's all small fish compared to the business of Condo Hotels. Buy it, own it, rent it, sell it. That's a big pond I don't think we'll ever be swimming, nah, not even dip our toes into. I think we'll stick with the fixer-upper bungalow on the next block.
