Father's Day Gifts Past and Present

Daughters and Wives never really know what Dads and Husbands want for Father's Day. They never just get to the point and say, " I'd like to have something from Callaway golf ." In the past, my dad has received a weed-picker, a bird feeder, gardening gloves, jeans, and refrigerator art. He's never gotten a tie, 'cause he's not a tie kinda guy. Neither is my husband. He's gotten a goofy t-shirt almost every year. If we can afford it, we let him pick out his own power tool. Isn't that nice of us. We got him a hunting dog once, but we gave him away because he was an idiot. (The dog, not the husband >:-)~
This year we are combining our anniversary with Father's Day and we're going on a road trip. When we get back, I'm making everybody a huge pot of jambalaya.
