FINALLY QUIT SMOKING!!
*It's day 4
*Everybody's still alive
*Much gnawing of gum, floss sticks
pens & fingernails
*No more or less calories consumed than usual
*One mile a day on the Elliptical & at least I can inhale while doing it
(couldn't find animated wheezing)
*I'm having serious problems thinking (more than normal-HA!)
*And because I'm a glutton for punishment-
I'm also job-hunting
At least I'm not dreaming about smoking yet, John-Boy
