Women in northern states are saving a pretty penny this week after the recent cold snap dissuaded them from buying the first round of disposable, quad-blade razors for shorts season.
This frost-bit reporter cornered one busy mom on her day off and asked her how she'll utilise the extra money and half-hour of free tub time.
"I'm giving the kids the money for a video game so they'll leave me alone while I take a nap."
This wind-chapped reporter nodded sympathetically as the busy mom pointed out that Mr. Punxsutawney Phil should be shot and made into stew...and mittens.
